Art Glass Into Tie-Dye at the Dana-Thomas House

Youth ages 5-15 and their parents/guardians are invited to join us for this new program to learn about the colors and designs found in the Dana-Thomas House. After taking a short tour through the house to explore Frank Lloyd Wright's art glass designs, your guide will lead you to the courtyard where youth will choose their favorite art glass colors and tie dye their own "Everyone Belongs" shirt! All supplies and instructions will be provided. Available shirt sizes include children's medium, adult small and adult medium. Parents/guardians must stay with their child during the program. Please note, adults may help their child with the tie-dye project as needed, but adults will not be making their own shirts. Please meet your guide at the front door of the house on Lawrence Avenue at 10:30 am to begin your Dana House adventure! Set aside 2 hours to be sure you can enjoy the full experience.
