Feathers, Fur and Leaves

Ever wonder what bird your seeing or hearing? Join us for a short 1.3 mile hike on the parks Mill Stream Trail and learn how to identify some of the more common wildlife and plants in our area. A variety of habitat types will viewed as we walk along the trail including wetlands, open water, streams, reverting fields and forestland. Please bring binoculars, water and appropriate footwear. Participants will meet at the parks nature center and then travel to a parking area near the Mill Stream Trail head.
