Pike Co. Annual July 4th Parade

Event Hosted by: Jefferson Township Ruritan Club A patriotic parade featuring Pike County veterans, recognizing their service while celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States. Any other Event Information: The parade will begin with a public reading of the Declaration of Independence, followed by a performance of the National Anthem by the Pike Central High School Marching Band. All veterans of Pike County will be invited to participate in the parade and will collectively serve as the Grand Marshals, recognizing their service and sacrifice to our nation. The parade is expected to feature more than 100 entries, including numerous floats, vehicles, and organizations showcasing patriotic and America 250-themed decorations. Throughout the parade route, members of The Children of the American Revolution (C.A.R.) will distribute commemorative America 250 flags to spectators, encouraging community participation and helping create a festive, patriotic atmosphere in celebration of th
